Every event is unique. Please submit an inquiry form & allow up to 48 hours for a response. We have a FAQ Section that can assist in answering initial questions you may have.

After the initial consultation, a 50% deposit holds your date. Once collected we will work closely to construct the experience unique to your event. The remaining balance is due (30) days prior to the event date.

Enjoy the experience! Don't worry about a thing on event day with Sea Level Event Co. We will ensure that your needs are met. Please take the opportunity to fill out a post event survey (sent via email) so we can capture your feedback, and ensure we are servicing our community to the best of our ability!

What can The SandBar be used as?

The better question is what can't it be used for? With barstools and exterior bar tops around 3 sides, our experience lends the opportunity for so much more than just your typical bar! Think workshops, classes, or how your own business could be represented in a new way!

Where are you located?

We are based out of Virginia Beach, Virginia, but will cross city and state lines. If we are providing service in a new area, please allow enough time for our team to properly research guidelines and/or restrictions there may be.

Is electric/water hookup needed?

Standard operation requires electric hookup only. If you cannot supply, no worries! We have a small, quiet generator that will do the trick. No water lines are needed.

What is the setup process?

After travel, standard setup time is one hour. If there are add-ons, this may take up to an additional hour. We will also meet with the main point of contact for the event and run through our checklist before opening.

Note - If our team is servicing, please arrange a place on the event site for trash to be taken to.

Is your company/equipment insured?

Yes! We have general and liquor liability insurance to protect our hosts and guests in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

What is the size of the SandBar?

Are there restrictions to it's location?

Traveling - 20L x 8.5W x 12H | Fully Setup -24L x 16.5W x 12H

To ensure the smoothest placement and setup- open, flat surfaces are recommended. Please also take into consideration the vehicle towing the SandBar.

How does serving of alcohol work?

In compliance with Virginia ABC - alcoholic beverages must be purchased by the client. The client can then hire our company to serve. Additionally, a one day banquet license will need to be filed in advance, unless the event is taking place on private property or the venue hosting has an ABC distribution license/permit.

What is a banquet license, and how do I apply?

"A banquet license is issued to individuals (representing themselves or a group/company) for private events where alcohol is provided at no charge to guests. Also known as a “one-day” license. Authorizes complimentary beer, wine or mixed beverages; guests may bring their own alcohol; or beer and/or wine sales (not for profit)." Completing the application takes between 15-30 minutes, and costs around $150. Average ABC processing time is 7-10 days.
